For organisations

Measuring human capacity and burnout risk before they become problems.

Ladder of Growth (LOG) measures the human capacity within organisations, how your people are functioning under stress and where strain is building. It assesses potential warning signs of burnout, attrition or performance loss. The signals that can lead to leaving interviews.

The proposition

How this benefits organisations.

Most organisations measure outputs. They run performance reviews, engagement surveys, exit interviews, attrition rates. These are all retrospective. They tell you what's already happened. None of them give you an indication of what's about to happen, or to whom, or why.

LOG measures the layer underneath. The internal capacity, the cognitive load, the stability, the early signals of strain. And when LOG measures that layer, three things become visible.

Pillar 01 · Early warning

See the signal before the event.

Burnout shows up in the data 12 to 18 months after it shows up in the person. By the time people's engagement drops, attrition climbs or performance reviews flag a problem, the window of recovery has usually closed. LOG measures cognitive load and stability in a way that allows you to see who's at risk and intervene while there's still time.

Pillar 02 · Cohort intelligence

Patterns across the team, not just individuals.

Individual assessments tell you about the person. Cohort measurement tells you about the system. It pinpoints where strain is concentrated, which roles, teams or rotations are producing the patterns. It highlights what's working, what isn't and where the leverage is. It's insight without assigning blame.

Pillar 03 · Predictive measurement

Predict attrition before it hits.

Learning at the exit interview why someone wants to leave isn't useful. You've already lost them at that point and paid the price. LOG tracks the patterns that lead to disengagement so you can identify the retention risk in time to act. With graduate cohorts, that can save £40,000 to £60,000 per early leaver.

Choose your route

Two ways to start.

Choose the route that suits best. Both deploy the same measurement infrastructure in your organisation.

Route 01

Start with your team.

Free team leader assessment.

Map where your team sits across the LOG capacity model. It takes five minutes to fill in on behalf of your team. Free. Includes a 30-minute call with us to talk through what your assessment brings up and what the next step might look like. Best for founders, team leaders, HR managers and leadership development heads who want to experience the model before scoping anything bigger.

Route 02

Scope an enterprise pilot.

LSI or GCRI discovery call.

A 30-minute call to scope what a Load and Stability Intelligence (LSI) or Graduate Capacity and Resilience Index (GCRI) pilot would look like in your organisation. We'll ask about your team or cohort, what you want measurement to highlight and what 'good' would look like. By the end of the call you'll have an indication of price for a pilot and a clear sense of fit. Best for enterprise HR, leadership development, talent strategy, business accelerators and VC firms.

Route 01 · In detail

The free team leader assessment.

Five minutes. You answer a series of questions about your team, drawing on what you observe day to day. We map your responses across the LOG capacity dimensions and send you a snapshot of where your team is sitting right now. The assessment is honest, not flattering. If something's off, you'll see it.

You also get a 30-minute call with us to talk through what your assessment brings up. We don't sell on the call. We tell you what we see in the data, what it might mean and whether LOG can help. If we think the answer to that is no, we'll tell you.

  1. Step 01 Take the assessment. Five minutes. On screen.
  2. Step 02 Get your snapshot. Delivered immediately.
  3. Step 03 Book your call. We'll have sent a calendar link with your snapshot.

Route 02 · Enterprise programmes

Two enterprise programmes.

These two LOG programmes are currently available as pilots, each measuring a different layer of organisational capacity. Pilot pricing is currently active across both.

Programme 01

Load & Stability Intelligence (LSI).

From £3,000 pilot pricing

Capacity and risk measurement for senior teams.

LSI measures load and stability across executive teams, founding teams, leadership cohorts and other small-to-mid groups operating under high performance demands. Designed for organisations that want to see where strain is building before it becomes burnout, attrition or performance loss. Pattern insight without assigning blame. The same measurement model is also appropriate for VC firms tracking portfolio company founding-team capacity and for business accelerators monitoring cohort load.

Who it's for
Companies and leadership teams (early warning for executive burnout). Business accelerators (track founding team capacity). Venture capital firms (de-risk portfolio).
Programme structure
  • Three tiers, scaling from early warning through pattern insight to full system intelligence
  • Three-month pilot with optional 12-month renewal
  • Includes longitudinal measurement, cohort intelligence and organisational reporting
  • Minimum cohort size 6 to 10 depending on tier
Programme 02

Graduate Capacity & Resilience Index (GCRI).

From £8,250 pilot pricing

Predictive measurement for graduate programmes.

GCRI measures how graduates are functioning under pressure and over time. It's built for organisations running structured graduate intake programmes where early-career attrition is a known cost (banks, law firms, professional services, large corporates). The programme predicts retention risk in time to act on it, instead of identifying it through exit interviews when it's too late.

Who it's for
Graduate programme managers, HR directors and early talent leads in professional services, banking, law and large corporates.
Programme structure
  • Three tiers, from baseline cohort snapshot through attrition risk modelling to full system intelligence
  • Programme duration options: three / six / 12 months
  • Cohort sizes from 10 to 150 graduates, priced in bands
  • Setup fee included in pilot pricing
  • Pilot price quoted is for a 30-graduate cohort over six months
ROI anchor. Preventing one early leaver (typically £40,000 to £60,000 replacement cost) more than covers the cost of a Baseline pilot.

Either programme starts with a 30-minute discovery call. We'll tell you which one fits, what the pilot would look like, and what investment range it sits in.

Coming next

Productised at scale, weeks away.

Two new LOG assessments, designed to be deployed at scale across organisations, are in the works. While bespoke LSI and GCRI pilots are designed for specific cohorts, WORKPLACE and LEADER have been designed for all employees and leadership populations.

Coming soon

WORKPLACE

A LOG assessment for employees.

Measures individual capacity, load, stability and early risk signals across the workforce. Designed to be deployed across teams, departments or full complement of employees as part of retention strategy, performance management and wellbeing programmes.

Thanks, we'll email you when WORKPLACE launches.

LEADER

A LOG assessment for managers and senior leaders.

Measures leadership capacity, decision-making clarity under pressure, emotional load and the patterns that shape leadership effectiveness. Designed for leadership development programmes, succession planning, executive coaching support and senior team diagnostics.

Thanks, we'll email you when LEADER launches.

If you'd rather discuss WORKPLACE or LEADER directly with one of the founders ahead of launch, book a call.

For senior individuals

Want to experience the model for yourself first?

Most senior buyers who scope an LSI or GCRI pilot have experienced a LOG assessment for themselves first. It's the fastest way to see how LOG measurement works, specifically for you, at a price point that doesn't require a procurement conversation.

The Burnout Risk Assessment is built for high performers, founders and senior professionals who look fine on the outside but know inside that something's wearing thin. It measures the gap between how you're performing and what it's costing you. Personal data, predictive output, delivered to you in a personalised report.

Discovery call

Let's talk.

Whether you're scoping an LSI pilot, exploring GCRI for your graduate programme, or thinking about WORKPLACE or LEADER for your wider organisation, the first conversation is a discovery call. 30 minutes, on video, with one of LOG's founders. We'll ask about your organisation, your team or cohort, what you want measurement to surface and what good would look like. We'll tell you which programme fits, what the pilot would look like and what investment range it sits in. By the end of the call you'll know whether it's worth continuing.

We're a small team running pilots with a small number of organisations. If we don't think we're the right fit, we'll tell you on the first call.
